Tiffany Rose Amelia dress review

Now before anyone reads this and thinks that I am expecting – let me put you straight. I am not – and that’s exactly why I am reviewing this dress.

Tiffany Rose is not just for pregnancy. Their huge range of gorgeous bridesmaid dresses, party frocks and gowns are ideal for those of you with a baby bump. But for those of you post pregnancy, don’t rule Tiffany Rose out. I have been trying out the utterly stunning Amelia dress in Windsor Blue.

With delicate lace panels over a soft stretch jersey lining, this dress would certainly work with a growing baby bump. But the soft, flexible jersey skims a post pregnancy body too, creating a  smooth line with no clinging fabric. This makes for a much more self confident mummy who looks, and feels, glamorous. The boat neck is ever so flattering and the elbow length sleeves cover  the top part of your arms which can be a problem area for many. The dress also comes with a detachable satin sash in the same colour – or you can buy a contrasting colour if your prefer.  Those of you with babies on the way can tie this above your bump to show off your new curves. If you are baby bump-less, tie around your waist for a flattering fit.

I definitely feel confident wearing this lace dress, despite not usually being a ‘dressy’ person. It falls to just above my knee, which means it works well dressed up or down. Add some leggings and a pair of flats for daytime or office chic, and slip on a pair of heels and some sparkly earrings for the ideal wedding or garden party outfit.

The Tiffany Rose Amelia dress is comfortable, practical, elegant and, quite frankly, beautiful. There are heaps of colours available, and you can choose a long or short design. I love the endless fashion possibilities, I love how it keeps its shape wear after wear and I love the combination of stretch jersey and lace – combining functionality with style. I will wear this dress again and again.
