Fruit picking and lots of jam making adventures 🙂
We went camping on the Isle of Wight and watched the Medieval Jousting Competition at Carisbrooke Castle. We have done it 2 years running, the kids absolutely love it
we went on a lovely holiday and had some nice day trips out together.
No huge adventures this summer – daytrip to watch niece banger race, but not much else. Too tight budget.
Had a wild time by the sea and beach football in the dark.
Had a lovely summer by the sea, visiting English Heritage places of interest, walking and enjoying the countryside.
we camped in a pod and took (great) gran to Blackpool for her 90th birthday… she loved going up the Blackpool tower, and down the dungeons!

This summer I visited lots of National Trust properties. Nostell Priory, Osterley Park, Oxborough and Felbrigg Hall and Ickworth house, Lyme Park and many more.

We took my granddaughter to Drayton Manor, she had a fantastic time, as she loves Thomas the Tank engine
We live in Cornwall so plenty to do – walks, beaching, fetes and fairs – been a busy summer!
swimming, the beach, the park and we had 2 days in Legoland!!

We started geocaching for the first time and we’re hooked! Great exercise for the children too.
