We have 5 dogs – Ella, Cocoa, Stiffla, Matilda and Mocha. I liked Ella, My partner picked Stiffla after the character on American Pie (he is so suited to that name). Daughter picked Matilda because of her favourite Roald Dahl book and she also picked Mocha and Cocoa because of their colours.
Well it’s technically my mum’s dog I’m entering to win for although he’s very much the family dog. His name is Joey, although my niece who is 2 calls him Joey Pup Pup and we’ve noticed now that if you really want him to listen to you, you have to full name him and call him Joey Pup Pup- oh no haha! He is a pug crossed with a mini daschund so he is odd looking and a complete idiot. But a loveable idiot. He’s also a complete piggy. That dog can inhale a bowl of food in seconds. He’s a good dog. 🙂
Oh and I’m not sure why we called him Joey. He just seemed like a Joey and it it stuck. 🙂
Cool prize x
Olly would absolutely love this! Keeping my fingers crossed 🙂
Sam, he is called for a Special family friend from our past.
Stan and came with his name but changed slightly as not footie fans here
Kate Holmes recently posted…Macaroons recipe for Valentine’s Day
My dog (a Sprocker) is called Sophie, she is a rescue dog and came to me as an 8 weekl old pup. I had not intended to call her Sophie but the name came into my head when I first held her, so she became Sophie.
My dog is called Bailey and we put the names we liked in a hat so the name we picked out was Bailey so we called our dog Bailey
My two are Izzie and Oliver. Both Bichon/Shi Tzu
I prefer ‘proper’ names for my pets and these suit their looks and personalities 🙂
My beagles would look so sweet in that bed 🙂
We called our beagles Rosie because she had a pink nose and pink puppy belly and Daisy because the first thing she did was wee on us (and Daisy is a wee’d) lol!!
My dogs name is Starbuck. She’s named after the character Kara Thrace from Battlestar Galactica 🙂
Flex due to the fact that when he was a puppy he was always trying to escape through small holes in the fence. So, we named him flex (short for flexible).
this is a beautiful prize
we have Chelsea (named after the football team) and Bolt as for aShih Tzu he is very fast, plus my son thinks he is his super hero x
Mine is called Frank as he has scruffy beard like an old man
Rusty because she is red coloured and Benji after the TV dog xx
Eva is a Spnish Water Dog so I asked my Husband to come up with a Spanish name…he came up with Eva after Eva Mendez the actress
My Newfoundland is called Beauty. She was named by the people who rescued her from the puppy farm and we decided that there could never be better name for her.
His name is Rusty because he is a rusty colour
