    My favorite winter breaks are when we take the week off from work between Christmas and New Years and go on day excursions with the whole family to see shows, museums, family, etc.

    Don’t tend to go away in winter. Did go to Southern Spain once for Xmas years ago though.

    Went to the Cairngorns with my mate last feb and roughed it for four days, it was the best hol ever cos of the stories!!
