Fish Finger Pizza recipe

Fish finger pizza recipe

We love a fish finger or 2 in this house – fish finger sandwiches are a favourite with everyone, and they are perfect for a quick and easy dinner on the day where we have countless clubs to run back and forth to. So fish fingers are a staple in the freezer, and a new way to use them is by making fish finger pizza.

Ingredients

  • Birds Eye fish fingers ( we use 2 per person)
  • Birds Eye frozen peas and sweetcorn
  • Tomato passata
  • Naan bread, pitta bread or pizza dough
  • Grated cheese

Make it

  • Cook the fish fingers and frozen veg as usual (we oven cook the fish fingers at 230 degrees for about 15 minutes, and boil the veg for approx 5-6 minutes on the hob)
  • Spread the passata onto the bread or dough – this is a great bit for the kids to get involved with!
  • Chop the fish fingers and scatter over the pizza base, along with the peas and sweetcorn, and any other toppings you fancy
  • Top with grated cheese
  • Cook in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 200 degrees

The result is delicious – warming, doughy bread topped with crunchy fish fingers and oozing cheese. Perfect winter warmer food, and just the thing after a busy, wet school run!

One thing I’d really like to comment on is that fat reduction plan fast is possible by the correct diet and exercise. Your size not merely affects appearance, but also the overall quality of life. Self-esteem, depressive disorder, health risks, along with physical capabilities are affected in excess weight. It is possible to do everything right and at the same time having a gain. If this happens, a condition may be the reason. While a lot food but not enough workout are usually accountable, common health concerns and traditionally used prescriptions may greatly increase size. Kudos for your post in this article.
