    invest in a good coat from an outdoors shop, they are brilliant at keeping you super warm and come in handy for all weathers!

    wear the correct clothing, including wind and waterproofs, and for comparison go outside, and back in, makes you feel warmer instantly!

    warm air rises up, so have your ceiling fan on a low speed going clockwise, the air will come back down to warm you up
