Going to bed with five cats purring happily on top of me. Ideally one of these cat will be snuggled under the duvet (leaving four on top). If you don’t have cats, I also notice it is very good to keep a pair of socks on in the house, going bare foot always makes me colder!
Invest in thermal lined curtains, and draw them shut at dusk. Also work well in summer keeping the heat out!
