    The best cake I’ve ever eaten was the first piece of red velvet cake I ate at a wedding when I was 11. I’ve been chasing that taste for 12 years and never come across anything like it! I’ll continue to eat cake until I find it though!! Just in case haha

    I made a gorgeous chocolate gateau that I have never been able to replicate. I didn’t realise you needed two tins and it overflowed all over the oven. Very messy but a huge and delicious cake!
