Having had 4 children myself, I know how hard and how exhausting those first few weeks can be. Keeping on top of everything can be so difficult, especially if you have other children to look after too. Little things like keeping track of the amount of time milk has been in a bottle can be almost impossible, and it can end with you throwing away precious breast milk or formula because you just can’t be sure it is safe for your little one to drink.
As a general rule, a bottle of formula can be kept for 2 hours, and a bottle of breast milk for 5-6 hours, dependent on conditions. Milk Monster addresses this issue. It simply attaches to all brands of bottle, and features a customisable timer, so it easy for you to see at a glance how long the milk has been kept. The outer shell and band are dishwasher safe, and there is even a backlit screen and glow in the dark element to make it easier to use during night feeds.
It’s just one less thing to worry about. You know your baby’s milk is safe.
If you fancy winning a Milk Monster, simply enter on the rafflecopter form below – good luck!

With a LOT of help from my husband – he’s my rock!
I never found a way, you just get through it…but I found bottle feeding helped as we could share the night feeds!
Eat biscuits haha plenty of biscuits xxx
erm……not sure if I did! Haha, I think I existed for a bit, then about 6 weeks in, I had an Epiphany, it hit me that it all just felt that little bit easier, that we had a new normal, a new routine, and yes! I could do this!
Long baths, sleeping when baby sleeps, and accepting help if offered helps 😉 xx
Coffee and Will Power!!
Be willing to ask and take help
You don’t have to do it alone
I haven’t had my little one yet, but I hope to battle it by sleeping when baby sleeps!
Try and nap each time the baby sleeps

To be honest, I didn’t lol! I’ve just become used to having very little sleep xxx
We shared the sleeping wake-ups. So when I was’nt working I did the feedings, etc but on a workday for me my OH did it. That seemed to work well.
I’ll tell you in a few weeks after my baby arrives!
No idea!! it was tough but we got through it
I have a really supportive other half, we take it in turns & give each other plenty of breaks!
