Summer childcare can be a real headache for working parents, and end up leaving them out of pocket as costs soar ever higher. So what is the answer, and how do YOU manage?
I have recently written an article on this topic for Nursery Trader, and I would love you to have a read and let me know what you think.
Do you struggle with childcare in the school holidays, and do you think the options available to you are affordable, and flexible enough? Do you rely on friends and family? Share your thoughts – it is a topic that many of us will relate to!
Wow i really like your article! spells it loud and clear… My alfie starts his free 15 hours in January and i’m gutted that my child minder can’t accommodate so i’ve got to find another nursery to have him for these hours, which means a surge in cost for me….i already pay £113 per week for 6 hours a day! Ridiculous!!
