We recently reviewed the Ozeri Green Earth wok and we were impressed with the quality and style. So when we were asked to review the Ozeri Green Earth Frying pan from the same range, we jumped at the chance.
We tend not to fry a huge amount of foods – we try to grill or oven bake where we can – but there are some foods that are always going to need frying. This week gammon was on the menu, and we love to have a fried egg on top – I mean, come on, who doesn’t right?
So the Ozeri Green Earth frying pan came out for a test. My biggest gripe with frying pans generally is that even when they claim to be non-stick, something will ALWAYS stick. Then you have to try and clean it off without damaging the non-stick coating – you know what it’s like. I am pleased to say that the Ozeri frying pan is different. When they say non-stick, they mean non-stick.
The pan is so easy to use, and clean, and the durable ceramic coating is scratch resistant and free from PTFE and PFOA (in short, nasty chemicals).
