Crafting with Bostik – Easter and spring.

Back in February, we were sent our first Bostik package as part of the Family Craft bloggers network. You can see the Valentines delights we made here.
This months package is all about the spring – think flowers, think Easter, think bright colours.

There was a huge amount of fun stuff in this months goodie box. Foam eggs, cake cases, ribbon, buttons, card, felt, foam, glitter pens, pipe cleaners, pom poms, foam shapes and Bostik sticky dots.
While Jacob busied himself sticking pipe cleaners into the eggs to make ‘aliens and zombies’ (not very spring like I know), Gemma and I set about making some springtime bunting to hang on her bedroom window. We used the pipe cleaners, and threaded on the foam flowers and leaves.
I love the way these look, and they were so simple to make.
Gemma also wanted to make a card for her Nanny. She had very specific ideas about how she wanted it to look and spent a while drawing a rough copy out onto paper first. She needed a fair bit of help with this as it was a bit fiddly, but I think the finished effect is rather lovely!

The Bostik sticky dots managed to hold all the buttons in place, as well as the ribbon. They are sticky little things!
We will be making more with the foam eggs and glitter pens as Easter approaches – what would your suggestions be?

We were sent the craft pack as part of the Bostik family bloggers campaign. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
