Gemma had a haircut today. She hasn’t had her hair cut for quite a long time, and it reached down to about the middle of her back. She has been asking for a haircut for a few weeks now, so today I took her along to the hairdressers. The lady asked her what she wanted doing, and Gemma decided she wanted it cut up to her shoulders – quite a lot cut off! I actually felt a bit nervous in case she didn’t like it!

I like it too, although it took me a little while to get used to it, she looks so grown up now, especially wearing her One Direction top. When did my little girl get so big?
