    I wish i had avoidance tips, i’m really prone to ear infections. cuddling a hotwater bottle always makes me feel a bit better x

    Make sure you take plenty of vitamin C either tablet or drinks it helps me every year also if you dilute orange or black current juice with hot water instead of cold it warms you up and helps ease the cold
