Giveaway – a months supply of Simply Great juice

I was recently sent some juice from the lovely folks at the Simply Great Drinks Company. They have three delicious flavours which are really refreshing and something a little bit different.

They have also joined forces with Victoria Pendleton to create the Be Simply Great 8-week challenge, a sensible approach to staying fit, healthy and happy. Alongside Dr Christian Jessen and a panel of experts, Victoria is working with Simply Great Drinks to encourage the nation to ditch the diet in favour of a more achievable lifestyle change. With 100% natural sweetness and delicious Pomegranate, Mango and Cranberry flavours, Simply Great Drinks are a healthier choice alternative and a great way to start the day.

Family Fever has teamed up with the Simply Great Drinks Company to offer one lucky reader a month’s supply of Simply Great juice. Kick-start your eight week challenge with your own supply of the drinks to get you going!

I use the Kadir-Buxton Tension Sheet, it is an alternative to meditation, when you take away stress you avoid poor sleep that causes mental illness. It is possible that meditation can make you live longer too.

Stay Happy, don’t let things bring you down and down dwell on things which aren’t important. Yoga and fruity drinks help too 😀
