Review | Hotter Glide shoes

I have been a fan of Hotter shoes for a few years now. The Hotter Whisper boots saw me through autumn and winter, keeping me warm and comfortable no matter what the weather. Now that summer appears to be on its way, I decided it was time for something more lightweight and breathable – the Hotter Glide trainer

Available in Carbon black, Polar white and Salmon, the Glide trainer is an active trainer style shoe. It features a contoured and cushioned Soft Touch insole, making them super comfortable even when worn for long periods of time. The upper part of the shoe is made from an air mesh fabric, which makes it breathable and cool even in the height of summer. It also means they are incredibly flexible for running around after the children!

The sole is durable and keeps my feet comfortable on all surfaces from grass to gravel. It seems pretty hard wearing too. The laces have some elasticity in them, so it’s easy to get the most comfortable fit, and they are super quick to thrown on when you’re in a hurry.

As usual, Hotter have managed to design shoes which are not only incredibly comfortable, but are practical and stylish too. I chose the Carbon black because it goes with just about everything, but the Polar white and Salmon are real summer colours. These have quickly become my go-to run around shoe for just about everything from school runs to days at uni.
